How to Order

You may either:

• Download and print our order form and post it off to us; (Adobe Acrobat Reader required)
• Contact us with your specific request.

Payment Options

If you are faxing or posting the order to us, payment will be required with the order. Payment should be made by Internet Banking (details will be in the order confirmation) or by cheque (made out to "D M Roseingrave"). Note: at this stage, we cannot accept Credit Card payments over the Internet. Any orders placed over the internet (via email or the form below) will be payable on receipt of the invoiced goods.

Remember: Embroidered name tags can only be ordered in 3, 6 or 12 dozen lots. Names should be a maximum of 25 characters in length. All prices include Postage & Packaging for orders made within New Zealand. For overseas orders add $NZ 5.00. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
